Kajukenbo is a mixed martial art system founded in Hawaii in 1949. it is known as a very street effective combat system that is very realistic and intense. our cardio training is also very intense but necessary. Kajukenbo consists of Karate, judo, jujitsu, kenpo, kung fu, eskrima and boxing.
